Who's this?

I'm a brand designer living in Brooklyn. I have a personal obsession with the color pink. As a designer, I think of myself as a visual problem solver. I’ll always argue on the side of great design, but am successful in reaching across the aisle to work with strategists.

I am currently a designer at Interbrand New York, which often feels like an equivalent to a masters program in branding. I’ve had the fortune to learn to manage major project and people, as well as becoming a key client partner. I believe creating a brand is like having a child, where it takes a harmonious partnership of the agency and the client to succeed.

I grew up in a small town in the shadow of Boston and Gillette Stadium. Despite my love for math and science, I felt it only right to make a go at turning my childhood artistic talents into a career. I majored in Communications Design with an emphasis in Graphic Design along with a minor in Art History at Pratt Institute, where I've won the Speyer Award and was one of four finalists for the prestigious Charles Pratt Memorial Scholarship. I've also been awarded for Excellence in Academic Achievement in the UG Communications Design Program from the School of Design, and Excellence in Liberal Arts within the School of Design from the School of Arts and Sciences. At Pratt, I art directed and managed of the student voice zine The Prattler for over two years. Beyond school, I love to travel the world—a passion picked up from my mother—having just been to South Africa, Cuba, China, and Russia.
